Vexy ("we", "our") is an AI commerce platform that helps businesses sell products and engage customers. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

Account data: email, name, phone, country.
Business data: storefront name, logo, banner, products, prices.
Order data: customer name, phone and order details necessary to fulfill orders.
Analytics: anonymous page and product views used to power your dashboard.

3. Verification documents

Documents uploaded for business verification (ID, passport, business permit or certificate) are processed temporarily and deleted immediately after the verification check. We only persist the resulting verification status and timestamp — not the document itself.

4. How we use your data

To operate your storefront, process orders and power analytics.
To improve product discovery and personalize recommendations.
To send transactional notifications you have opted into.

5. Storefront & customer data

Your storefront is public by default. You control visibility, contact channels and which customer details appear in your dashboard.

6. Your rights

You can edit or delete your account, export your data and revoke notification consent from Settings at any time.
