1. Acceptance

By using Vexy you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us of any unauthorized access.

3. Your storefront

You retain ownership of your business content (logos, banners, product info). You grant Vexy a limited license to host, display and distribute that content as needed to operate your storefront.

4. Orders & payments

Orders are commitments between you and the customer. Vexy provides the tooling to receive, manage and analyze orders. Payment processing terms apply when enabled.

5. Verification

Verification is optional but recommended. Documents are processed temporarily and immediately deleted after the check — only your verification status is retained.

6. Prohibited content

Illegal, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful content is not allowed. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimer & liability

Vexy is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
